عبدالرحمن السويدي فنان قطري معاصر عُرف بأسلوبه القائم على تحويل الخط العربي من نص مقروء إلى طاقة بصرية. يعتمد في أعماله على تكرار الكتابة كفعل تأملي، حيث تتحول الكلمة إلى إيقاع، والحرف إلى مساحة شعورية تحمل بعدًا روحيًا وفلسفيًا. عن اللوحة: لوحة مرسومة بألوان الأكريليك تقوم على تكرار عبارة «لبيك اللهم لبيك» بخط يد الفنان، في حركة دائرية كثيفة تشكل فضاءً تجريديًا نابضًا. يتوسط العمل مربع أسود يرمز إلى الكعبة، بوصفها مركز الثقل الروحي والبصري، ليصبح التكوين كله تعبيرًا عن الطواف، الحضور، والاتصال العميق بين النص المقدس والشكل التجريدي. Abdulrahman Al-Suwaidi is a contemporary Qatari artist known for his style of transforming Arabic calligraphy from a readable text into a visual force. His work relies on the repetition of writing as a meditative act, where the word becomes rhythm, and the letter a space of feeling imbued with spiritual and philosophical dimensions. About the painting: This acrylic painting is based on the repetition of the phrase "Labbayk Allahumma Labbayk" (Here I am, O God, here I am) in the artist's handwriting, in a dense circular motion that forms a vibrant abstract space. A black square, symbolizing the Kaaba, is at the center of the work, representing the spiritual and visual center of gravity. The entire composition then becomes an expression of circumambulation, presence, and the profound connection between sacred text and abstract form.
